florida resident ticket ID

We are Florida residents and have grandchildren who will be visiting us in Feb. Will we be able to get the Florida discount for them if we take them to Universal since they have no IDs? They are ages 7 and 12 so one is actually considered an adult for ticket purposes.

My parents have picked up FL tickets for my kids when they've stayed with them. They had to have the kids birthdates and then put down their local address when they bought tickets for them.
