Definitely not. They usually only lift it for the end of the summer blackout because traffic falls off considerably in August, especially as more schools go back in August instead of September.

I'd imagine they're going to be closing parks off early at least for the next week due to crowds.

THe turnstyles will generally reject the ticket.

Yep it comes up RED right away. But I have seen CM just press the OK button and bam your in. Especially early in the morning when everyone and there mother is trying to get in.
