Ok- this is what I have:
Free dining offer, hotel, 3 day Fl resident passes:
1- Can I upgrade and add the 4th day + hopper when I get to the hotel or now before I go?
2- and then can I go ahead and upgrade to a seasonal annual pass?

We plan to upgrade to a seasonal pass once we get there (at a park or DTD). You wouldn't need to add a 4th day if you're upgrading to a seasonal pass - or are you also adding an extra night to your hotel?

No- we aren't going to be staying a 4th night but just really wanted a hopper for my mom because my DD and myself have AP's. Do you have any idea of the additional cost?

The 3 day pass is $119.00 plus tax, they will take that off the cost of a seasonal pass which is $209.00 plus tax. You will have to show proof that your mom is a FL resident (drivers liscense). You can park hop with a seasonal pass.

Thanks so much- we always have Seasonal AP's for my family but DM usually gets the Play4 which is now the Play3 w/o hopper and that has made this a very confusing thing for us! So when we check into POP- we should be able to convert her pass to an AP without problems- is that correct or should we just do it at Guest Services?

I think any conversions related to APs have to be done at a Guest Services window outside the parks.

we have done this before with other family members...

they can't do any upgrades at the resorts, or do any type of passholder card.

so when you get to the park, go to guest services, you can even do this at the gate too (that is what we ended up doing with my brother), i thought that they could only be done at Guest services, but then at the ticket area at the front gate they told us that they could do it too. (so check out which line is shorter when you get there)

I'm pretty sure you can add the hopper option to the Play 3 pass, but I'm not sure how much it would cost. It probably wouldn't be much less than the seasonal pass (which would be a much better deal!) I wish they had given us that option to purchase a seasonal pass when we booked the package with the free dining, it would have been much easier!

Its 35 dallors to add a park hopper I called to do it and then back out . Its 35 no matter a child or an adult .

But i had no idea sesonal pass holders were so cheap . thanks for that info .
