What will Disney and other parks do? Roll back restrictions? Continue the status quo? Other?

I think I want more capacity but still masks for our November trip. I think? I don't know. It seem slike crowds are really ramping up since Labor Day based on the current reports and I am worried what my November trip will look like if they keep things as is.

My personal feeling is that people are starting to be done with lockdown/not traveling and are going anyway. Maybe not 'everybody' but certainly more than the 25% capacity or whatever they have right now.

This is great news for everyone traveling to Florida over the next 3 months, especially since the busy holiday season is quickly approaching. With everything that Disney has already shelved for the Chistmas season, my guess is that they will continue taking the reopening process very slowly.

Come on. They aren't going to do that.

Or how about they leave it up to the individuals and if they choose to wear a mask/or not, so be it?

Just a thought.

I am certain MANY people feel the same and for every 'cancel' due to restrictions being lifted (which sounds crazy, who wants restrictions?) there will be a lot of others scooping up those reservations because they want their parks back, and not this watered down faceless version of it.

If you are that scared of the virus still, you probably shouldnt be going to a theme park anyways.

Yeah, I agree. I think masks should stay around until a viable vaccine has been decently distributed.

I would love to borrow your magic crystal ball that's foresees the future

What's your address? I'll UPS it in a box marked fragile.

Disney isn't going to drop all restrictions and certainly not masks for a while still.

I hope Disney follows suit and drops their restrictions. I would add a few trips if they drop the mask mandate.
I am with you!
If they drop their mask mandate or at least reduce it to indoors only and allow mask down for photopass, I will keep my 15 night trip for November.
If the mask mandate is still 100 percent, I will have a lot of extra Christmas shopping money this year.

I think that dropping the mask requirement while at the resorts would be a pretty good start, especially if they don’t increase capacity to 100% right away. Its relatively easy to keep your distance from each other at a resort, there’s really no situation I can think of where you’re stacked up next to each other like you are when standing in line for a ride.

Keep things at Disney the way they are. Obviously there hasn’t been any issues coming out of Disney.....as far as we know. No reason to “F” things up. Trust me, I’d much rather not wear a mask if I don’t have to. And no sense ramping up capacity too soon and creating an unneeded disaster. Ride the year out and look forward to a better 2021.

I've lost 9 people only 1 over 65 and know several others with lingering issues. This is not just a virus!!!!!!!!

Im sorry to hear that.

I have lost nobody, and I know a lot of people. A few have had it and they described it as a mild flu. Few days of rest and they are back at it.

I myself have had numerous conversations with personal friends who are doctors and nurses, so believe me I am not downplaying anything. Its real.

Sounds like you have some bad luck, or know a lot of people over the age 70 with other underlying issues. CDC just released data this week, folks under the age of 50 have a better chance of being struck by lightening than dying of covid. Those ages of 50-70 have a 99.5 percent chance of survival should they contract it. If you have that many personal connections dying from covid, you should probably reconsider visiting the parks anyways.

The rest of us want our parks, and our LIFE back.

I am sure you can understand that.
