Now that we have survived the recent northern MN storms and unprecedented flooding in our area, the weather has gotten to be pleasant, fairly typical Minnesota summer. As we were leaving the house this morning, both DH and I were thinking, "it feels like a Disney morning!" Now, let me explain that our WDW trips are usually in January and sometimes on the cool side but we've had many beautiful days that started out pleasantly cool and progressed to pleasantly warm, by Minnesota standards. But it's a long time between Januarys and I can't help but wonder...would we be totally disillusioned by a mid-summer Disney trip? I suppose we would...we went once in October and it was "too hot" for us. But I can't help miss our WDW "home" this time of year, just the same. Tell me, you folks from the more northerly parts of the country, would we ever be able to stand a summer WDW trip? I hate to say it, but I'm afraid that April and October will be the 'warmest' months that we will ever dare venture south! Sometimes it sure would be nice to take a short trip in between times, though...!Ah well...
