I've just picked up the first two editions of the new Florida magazine, and I must admit I am very impressed with the detailed and very readable content. There is a good mix of general editorial and some extremely eye-catching property pages, while it also has a lot of good, up-to-date news. It doesn't focus on the obvious and the quality of writing is excellent (although that may take a dip in the next issue ;) ). It certainly provided some angles and insights that I wasn't aware of, but it still covers all the main bases if you are looking to visit there. And, if you are seriously thinking of buying a home out there, it offers some of the best advice I've seen for buying, investing and protecting your home. If you haven't already discovered it, you can check out more on this link Here! I just wish I'd thought of it first!!

I've seen this in the newsagents but haven't read a copy. I wish there was a magazine just for planning Disney trips.

I bought the new Australia/New Zealand magazine and in the second issue they advertised the Florida one so went straight out and bought it and I love it.

I am obsessed with everything to do with the States so also buy the "A Place in the Sun's Everything America" magazine.

My house looks like a newsagents!!!

My husband despairs!!

Another thumbs up for this from me - it is a really good read.

I just need the lottery win now :rotfl2:

Incidentally, the editor of the magazine would welcome any constructive feedback on the format and content here. They are still fine-tuning the structure and regular features, so they are likely to be open to suggestions on all aspects of the Florida experience. Feel free to post away and I'll make sure your feedback gets back to the right person!

Thanks again,

Simon

Thanks for the info I will have to look out for it in the shops!

Keep meaning to make the trip into town to buy this - I see it's available exclusively at WH Smith. I'll have to subscribe, but I'd prefer an online option. I avoid the phone wherever possible!
