Florida Home Vacation Rentals

Has anyone used Florida Home Vacation Rentals before? We need to rent a 7-8 bedroom house for our large, extended family and they are the only ones I can find with one big enough for our dates in June. Is this a reputable site? His website is fhvr.net. All-stars doesn't have one large enough for our dates.

FHVR, is really just an advertising website similar to VRBO or Villas2000 except that they take the payment on behalf of the owner. Each home is managed by separate management companies.

FHVR has been around for many years and is run by Bernie Scarpa whom I met a couple of years ago at a Christmas party. You should not have any problems renting through FHVR.

Let us all know which homes your interested in booking, as others may have stayed there in the past.

I presume All Star are already booked for all the 7 bedroom homes on Formosa Gardens, as these will be a little bigger than 'The Castle'.

BTW the square footage quoted is the under cover space, not the A/C space. Taking into the account the garage where the games room will be, the space is 3523 sq ft. The 7 bedroom homes in Formosa are 3730sq ft, so not a lot of difference really.

But if 'The Castle' ticks all the boxes then you may as well book it. BTW the same home can be found on numerous websites if you look on google.
