Florida Family Vacation Homes???

I booked one of these homes through World Of Vacations because it seemed to be more sensible for our family of 5 (3 daughters - 2 UNDER 2) figuring that naptime could be peaceful with our oldest & us in our own private pool. Now that the dates are getting closer I am researching more & more and can't find anything, reviews or anything about them online. It's supposed to be a 2 bedroom vacation home near Disney. Have you all heard of them? Any insight?

I would check with the Florida Better Business Bureau and/or whatever state agency the other reputable rental agencies are registered.

Do you think it is Classic Families?
If so, they rent you 3 bedroom homes and lock off the extra one. I am considering them for May. I thikn their web site is www.familiesfirst.com

If it is Families first I would advise everyone reading this not to book with them, last Xmas and last Easter they had families walking the streets to find hotels as they did not have enough homes!!! They are major league dodgy.

I have a great recommendation!
I stayed there last month. Its in INdian Creek. Disney is about 5 to 10 minutes away (all depends on the traffic). Its off of the Formosa Gardens Blvd turn! Its is a nice and quiet area!

The owner is very nice! He is quick to respond to any questions and etc.
It was 95 per night when I booked it in Feb. I think he raised it for the peak season which would be 99!
