Hi. My family will be going to WDW in late November(right after Thanksgiving). :Pinkbounc We are very excited. However, there are five of us and even the economy rooms are a little too steep as we would have to have 2. I received the Kissimee/St. Cloud vacation information and found a very good alternative: Forida Dream Homes. They are located close to Disney and from the pictures I saw, they looked nice. I was wondering if any of you have stayed in one of these homes? If so, were they nice? How far from the park entrance were they? How was the traffic? Were they clean and neat? I hope someone out there can answer these questions. Thank-you. Patty

I haven't stayed in one, but visited a fellow DISer when he was staying there. It was lovely, very tastefully decorated, with a little enclosed pool in the back of the house.

I remember it being very close to WDW, but the traffic was very thick getting in. Other than that, it looked like a nice place to stay while in WDW.

We stayed in one when we brought my whole family down - managed by Elite Homes I think. 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, family room, large kitchen. VERY CLEAN. Nice pool.

Cost us $1,300 for 8 days plus $150 to heat the pool. The All-stars were $89 per night then and we would have needed four rooms so it was quite a bargain. They were 5 minutes from MK and we did not have a traffic problem.

I recommend highly.

I haven't stayed there, but I wanted to welcome you to the DIS Patty! I hope you enjoy it here and find all the information that you need!!
