Florida Car Seat Requirements

Hi Everyone. I am visiting the world in May and my DD7 is 70 lbs. Would she be required to be in a booster seat? I know she is in my home state but we weren't brining it with us because we are staying on site and relying on Disney transportation. However, my in-laws will also be there staying off site so we may go visit them and they have offered to keep my children overnight one night.

Florida has what are among the most lax child restraint laws in the US.

No they only need the seat belt.
