Floral Fee's??

Okay, well I'm just about done planning, finacially speaking, and I was wondering what are the hidden fee's in your floral budget.
We're doing escape and we're at about $10,552, not including Hair and Make and Officiant and all that jazz that Disney does not provide. And as I get my final number ready I was just wondering what extra fee's comes with the floral? Is tax already included in your price or do I need to add that on? Also, does that 21% service charge sneak it's way into your floral budget too? What other fee's should I be aware of??

Although they list the tax at the bottom of the Floral BEO you will receive, you should probably figure it yourself, since they almost certainly aren't including tax when they quote you individual prices.

There is no service charge on floral, but there are move, set and delivery fees that depend on what you're moving and where. They're not going to charge you a delivery fee on the floral included in the Escape package, and they probably won't charge one for additional personal floral, but if you had them move, say, an altar arrangement to the place where you're having lunch/dinner, there would be a fee.

If you're swapping out the standard plastic chairs for other ones, there's a delivery fee for that.

There are also rental fees for vases and pillars and such, but those are usually included in the price they quote you for each floral arrangement.

Thanks Lurky!! I was hoping you would stop by, you always know!! So basically, if they're not moving anything, I should add the 6.5% tax on everything and that's about it?

I checked out your PJ, and unless Disney Floral charges you a setup fee for your dinner decor, you should be fine to just add the 6.5% tax.

What about added photography?? Are there any fee's on this? ie. extra hours or dessert party packages??

There's no tax on any of the photography unless they give you your albums/prints/whatever while you're still in Florida - then you have to pay sales tax on just the albums/prints/whatever (not the cost of the package). There are no service fees on photography.
