Flirting our Way through WDW 1 person at a time(New -2)Final Chapter

Yay Happy Birthday Parker! I can't believe how quickly a year has flew by already! I remember reading about your honeymoon trip!
Great update by the way! :thumbsup2
i know we cant believe how fast it has gone by, we were talking last night how fast it will come for our next trip, we have trips planned every other weekend this summer starting at the end of may, almost a month away, then we go to florida for christmas then start getting ready for disney next june, we will be there before we know and have another TR for you guys to read.

Happy Birthday Parker!!party::bday:party:

The Segway looked like fun. For some reason I think I would fall off if I tried to ride it. I think the cropping you did made the picture of Parker flying turn out good.
he had a great birthday.
thanks, i could have zoomed in more, but it looked good with the background there.
you need to try them they are alot of fun and easier to ride than you think.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PARKER!!!!!

:donald: :donald: :donald: :donald:
he will like the bouncing donalds. because i love em.

Knocking over cones reminded me of the movie Wedding singer where they gave limo drive a fake test and he took out some cones

He asked if he passed and they said, I don't know, you took out a few cones

He goes..But they were cones

They go..But they could have been guests

:rotfl:

anywy..great update

Love the first two holiday pics the best. They are great!!!!
that is funny, i was going pretty fast toward her at one point and she had to tell me to slow down, i should have zoomed past her.

Hey Dan :donald:...I"ve been here just haven't responded much to anything except the couple TR's. Heck I haven't even kept up well with ours. Dawn and I are on the last day but I don't think it's ever going to end

:mickeyjum:hmghost::tigger::tinker: HAPPY BIRTHDAY PARKER!!!!

I can't believe he's a year old!! Seems like just the other day we were waiting for you to post pics after he was born :goodvibes CRAZY!!!

HOW CUTE!!!!!!!! :upsidedow

Looks familiar.....
image1412.jpg

Your face reminded me of Matt's :rotfl::lmao::rotfl:
that is okay that you have not responded, i have read all of your updates on teh vandy thread, but did not respond, sometimes there is to many reports to resond to...but thank you for the wishes for parker.
candi is loving holding our new nephew, i told her she still has to wait to have another one though.
and we do have somewhat of the same expression.

Love the "doofus" Pictures. :rotfl: They may have not turned out like you wanted...but you can always remember that moment since you are right there with him.
yep and all of my pictures have a story, good thing i have a good memory about that stuff, except for some reason i can never remeber how old i am.

it almost got me in trouble when we went to a casino one time, they asked how old i was when i gave them my license, and i had to ask candi, they almost did not let me in.

now when we go through airport security she tells me before we get there my age so i dont screw it up.

my what big font you type in...thank you very much.:rotfl:greetings from abroad i bet not many people get greetings from overseas.
do you watch the britians got talent?

He he, I only save the big font for special occasions :thumbsup2 Did Parker have a great day then?

I don't watch BGT religiously but did catch it now again. I have probably actually seen more of the American one (those stilt people were amazing). However, I have heard the new British one is going to be really good so plan to watch it when it comes on soon.

Aw, happy first birthday to Parker! I can't believe how fast the past year's flown by! :goodvibes:

Loved the last update. The Segways look so fun! And the Parker pictures still came out cute, even if the whole flying effect wasn't quite captured

okay the easter egg hunt...my mom had to write t his down for my dad so he could remember it and watch to make sure that the write grandson got the right eggs.

rules:
parker gets the green eggs
zander older cousin gets the purple eggs
tyson younger cousin gets the pink eggs...

each boy gets 1 blue egg

there are 15 total blue and pink eggs, that they each get 5 of, there are also multy color green and pink eggs, and green and blue eggs, that only parker gets, because there was not enough all green eggs for him to have the same number as the other boys....even though though there are pink and blue eggs, tyson does not get them the boys share, because tyson had enough all pink eggs.

Oh my word, I'm confused. I think it was cute that your mom wrote everything down for your dad

here are a few of the plans for the party...it is a cars theme of course,

we have tons of cool toys for the kids gift bags, that we made up last night.

they are going to watch the cars movie on the projector during the party to give the younger kids something to do so they are not running around crazy the whole time...and most of them are to young to play party games so this will keep them entertained...candi has a cars mold cake that she is going to make for parkers first cake, it is about 7 inches by 15 inches big, it is huge, he is going to love it...

then she got small little cake pans that are 2 inches by 2 inches that she is going to decorate for each of the little kids to have there own personal cake to eat...it will have a driving cone with there name on a checkered flag on it...

we are getting a huge sheet cake from sams with the cars stuff all over it for everyone else and the kids if they want more.

some of the food, everyone likes our home made food, so instead of buying it, we are making it all.

candi is making about 15 pounds of her homemade sloppy joe reciepe, they are awesome, and i am making a couple of crockpots of my italian beef sandwiches, we are have chicken bites, veggies, drinks, and salads, also, that is all i can remember right now.

i will show pictures as it comes along and gets closer because i am sure you guys would like to see how it all goes down as well.

hope to get a Disney update as well in today.

Okay I hvae a question or two - can I have Candi's reciepe for her sloppy joe's or is it a secret?:goodvibes

Second - you had two big sheet cakes and then little cakes for the kids. I can't wait to see those cakes. That's a lot of cake but sounds great. I wish the cars was out for my boys. One of sons when he was 3 it was 101 Dalmations so that year it was his theme - he loved and still does love dogs.

Happy Belated Birthday Parkerpooh::donald:

nope it is not a secret, she sort of made it up when she did not like the manwhich can stuff.

it is not an exact reciepe more of a to taste thing,

she uses 1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey, or a combo of them both.

browns it with a little salt pepper garlic, and cumin, or some ground beef seasoning,

you can dice an onion up really small as well to cook with the meat.

then when it is all cooked up, drain the fat...and put in ketchup a little mustard and some brown sugar to make it a little sweet....mix it all up and try it, it should look like other sloppy joes, so if you need to add some more of any ingrediant just add a little and try again. it is really good..we have it all the time.

good luck

if we have left overs, she mixes it into mac and cheese with some canned diced tomatoes and that is really good to.

i will show pics of the finished cakes.

I have actually just found out that it started last Saturday. We were away for Easter weekend in Cornwall but my Mum caught a replay and said it was really good and worth catching. Simon Cowell must be so tired (and rich) with all the programmes he is making, does that man ever stop?

Well parkers birthday was yesterday and it was an awesome time, i wanted him to have something different for his dinner that he has not had before so, i made him some tortolini, with sauce, and he has had chicken breast but he had that to go with it,

candi and me and homemade chicken parmigian with tortolini, it was awesome, i have never made it before and the chicken flavor was 10 times better than what you get a olive garden...it was so easy too, i just used some italian bread crumbs from olive garden on some thinly sliced chicken breast, fried it on teh stove top and then baked it in the oven with sauce and cheese....

after that we took a walk to the local ice cream store and he got his first ice cream, we chose the rasberry sorbet with bannana mix in, he loved it, the first bit he looked at me like what the heck did you just feed me then he started to grunt for the ice cream like more more more.

we stopped him at half of a kids dish did not want him up all night with a sugar high.

then we walked home. it was a great night for a walk, took our time and it was a nice hour long trip total there eating and back.

then he came home and opened his presents, he already got all of his toys, because i could not wait for him to play with them, so last night he opened all of his cloths that we got him and his new lightning mcqueen plate bowl and lunch box to eat out of at his party....he loved em and carried them around the house all over.

then he got his big present, we went to the play room and he helped me hook up his new flat screen TV DVD combo for his movies and cartoons, the funny thing was he could car less, he was climbing up on top of the box and sliding down it, over and over again, he did it for like 15 minutes, until i had it all hooked up and he saw that i put incredibles into the DVD player and he came over to me by the futon and rested up against me while standing to watch about 25 minutes of the movie...candi said it was his way of staying close and saying thanks dada for my new TV.

his play room is all ready now, we put up the rest of the disney pictures on the wall and after his party it will be full of toys to play with.

we then let him play extra long in the bath tub and then it was bed time...we had a great day and cant wait for tomorrow for his big party.

hope everyone has a great weekend.

will be back with a bunch of pictures and some video next week,

Do you mean daddy couldn;t wait to play with his toys?? :rotfl:

My brother is this way with my newphews toys....they got him a basketball hoop and my brother wanted to make a court out of their empty dining room since it had high ceilings...SIL vetoed that. :lmao:

My brother also loved this gift they got my newphew for xmas! It is really cool...

Ooo Piers Mrgan is an arrogant thing. He used to write for the British tabloids so has a lot of people that hate him over here. But he is quite good in BGT/AGT. He also won the celebrity apprentice over here, it was quite funny.

Parkers birthday sounds perfect, I bet he had an amazing day. Bet you can't wait till the party now. I know I cant wait to see the pictures.

I have just been watching the second episode of the new Britain's Got Talent and its a pretty good episode. There are 2 sensational acts on it, and they are quite unexpected. Do you know when you will be getting the new series?

Sounds like you had a fun time. It's do funny the fist time little ones get ice cream. But oh once they know what it is they love it.:goodvibes I hope the party is as fun as it sounds like it is going to be.

*First i want to say parkers party was so much fun and we(he) got some really cool presents, that i can play with.
I am waiting till i get all of the other pictures from my dad before i show em all together.

So I will share a update with you on DIsney

Chapter 35. We have passports.
We pulled our country passports and it was time to get jetting around the world...some times we take our times in countries other times we just walk on through, we usually spend so much time in the future world part that we dont have a ton of time to stop at each country and it was already into the afternoon so this time was no different.

Up first our usuall direction of going to Mexico first.

DSC07770.jpg

going through the dark mexican streets, i love the theming of this country it is one of my favorites.
DSC07774.jpg

of course someone was making friends in line and acting like a cheese ball
DSC07776.jpg

and the three jabaneros
DSC07779.jpg

some trip i will eat here, i love mexican food, last trip we ate in the counter service outside,
DSC07780.jpg

we are about to enter the pyramid
DSC07782.jpg

this is the first time we have seen the new additions it was being refurbished last trip. so we were really excited to see it and not to mention since it was staring donald we well i was pumped as all get out.

DSC07785.jpg

parker showed his love for the duck when we got off
DSC07786.jpg

he then found a new love for musical instraments,
DSC07789.jpg

when we came out the santas were telling there story we wanted to see many of these today but this one did not interest us so we grabbed the stroller and just moved on to our next passport stamp.
DSC07792.jpg

i want to go on top of this house so bad and lay on it...i hear they let nude sunbathing on the other side that does not face the water.:confused3
DSC07793.jpg

moving on
DSC07794.jpg

did not stop just took a picture and moved it i had a mission and it was hunger

when we arrived in china we did want to see some new things here so we paused for alittle bit.
DSC07795.jpg

normally all i do in china is eat, either in nine dragons or the fast food in the back so this was a real stretch for me to stop, dont even know when the last time i saw circle vision show.
another picture
DSC07796.jpg

and i have heard of these little army men so we had to go in search of them.

DSC07798.jpg

we stayed in there long enough for me to take a picture and think about reading some history, im on vacation i dont read, unless it is a menu or a warning sign saying i am about to do something stupid and it could cause death and you have to sign your name saying you wont sue, only times to read on vacation. a fauntleroy rule to live by.

i like dopey but snow white, so we take a drive by picture of themon the way to our next country and food stop, my tummy was achen for some kraute.

DSC07800.jpg

I am part german so this was calling me home...anything with the wafting of beer and smoked and grilled sausages is where i want to be...i found the walk up line and got in line to order my brat with kraute...i was going to get a beer in the souvenior mug but it was like 13 bucks and the mug was a cheap plastic it almost broke when i touched it no thanks, that will break before i finish drinking it. so i got my brat and SIL got a pretzel and a beer...and said i could have half, sweet, SIL buying me a beer...Disney world is the only time a man can go halfses on a beer with someone another fauntleroy rule,
DSC07803.jpg

we sat and enjoyed our drink and food.

candi normally does not like brats and kraute but i talked her into a bite and she loved great, i forced her to take a bite now i had to share it with her.:headache:

we then walked out by the lagoon on the way to our next country for a picture of the barges coming out.

DSC07805.jpg

next stop the pride and joy America i was so excited to see the show i love it one of my favorites at disney.
DSC07810.jpg

on the way in they stopped us and said that someone had a special birthday greeting for me, i knew what it was so i let parker play along with the phone and listen to it.
DSC07813.jpg

we listened to the singers on there last song then it was time to line up for the ride up top for the show.

the hall of flags is another favorite of mine so beautiful and inspiring.
DSC07817.jpg

we round the top to the next room where they let us in

we pick a row that is hardly full and go all the way to the other end, parker is starting to get a little upset, and we make up a bottle, but he wants nothing of it, they turn off the lights and he starts to yell he knows it is dark and wants nursed now...i tell candi she can feed him and she looks at me like you have to be kidding right.:sad2:
yep of course i am lets go, so we stand and exit. without seeing the show.

it is fine with me, a reason to go back...we get outside and he takes his bottle just fine. go figure.

it is now time to move on.

the next chapter is a good one, we encounter the saki...and i have video of candi drinking it.
i crack up every time i see it, i know you guys will enjoy it.

I can't wait to see Parker's birthday pics. I love World Showcase! Your pictures are really good.

oh yuck...there is no way you will ever get me to eat saurkraute! did i say yuck yet?? :rotfl:

I don;t share MY beer(but I will drink DH's :confused3) but then again I do not drink German beer. I drink the american good ole Miller Lite and if I have too Bud Lite (DH made soo much fun of me in Germany---the real country not WDW Germany that I would not drink the beer there...it was gross!)

Kids are funny, you can buy them the most expensive toy and they have more fun with the box :rotfl2:

That was a great update

Mexico is Trent's favorite country and mine, too. Got to love the 3 Caballeros :cool1:

Enjoyed seeing your photos. We never really explore too much in the other countries. We will ahve to check more of it out this upcoming trip

on no, you can not speak bad of the kraute.
:goodvibes

wife is the same way, she can have a drink of mine, but does not want me to take one of hers.

there beer was not bad, tasted pretty much like other light beer, but since you drink miller lite you can be forgiven on your kraute comment.

Kids are funny, you can buy them the most expensive toy and they have more fun with the box :rotfl2:
i know he always plays with the oddest things.
