It is a travel industry rate. It is definitely the 14th floor, because I really was trying to book the 12th floor, or even just a standard tower room, and all they had available for me was the 14th floor. I have never stayed concierge before, so if anyone has any tips for me, I would appreciate it. By the way, when you check in for concierge, do you go to the regular desk, or do you tell them that you are concierge and go straight up to the 14th floor?
