Literally, anyone know if I can get a couple of pairs of flip flop sandals on property - for adults? TIA

I know where some are, but boy were they expensive. I saw some at a Grand Floridian gift shop for over $100 (they had some kind of rhinestones on them).

Probably a good place to find some affordable ones would be that beachy shop at Downtown Disney (I can't remember the name of it). I bought a bathing suit coverup in there.

I saw some at the Poly and they were around 35.00. They were just black with mickey mouse heads on them.

I'll try the beach store in DD, it's going to be our first stop anyway so I can get my disney visa rewards dollars put onto my card (I waited too long and don't have the time to wait for it to come in the mail) Thank you for your input.

A lot of the gift shops have flip flops. They are just the plain old flip flops with characters on the bottom. Our resort gift shop had them, the emporium at MK had them, the gift shops at MGM had them, and the World of Disney at DTD had them.

Yes, lots of the resorts have "cheaper" flip flops than the ones seen at GF or the $35 ones. They are just regular flip flops (similar to those you see at old navy) but with a character on the part you step on. I distinctly remember seeing tink on one but I know that they had a variety of characters. I want to say that the ones I saw were about $12 but may have been a little more expensive. They were less than $20 though.
I also saw these same ones at World Of Disney and the Surf shop at DTD.

Why don't you just buy flip-flops before you leave for your trip? You will save a lot of money (seeing as how you can get flip-flops for about $5 at Walmart, Old Navy, Payless, etc). Unless you had your heart set on a Disney pair. Just seems to make more sense to buy them before your trip...save yourself the hassle and extra cost of buying them on property.

We found some in a gift shop in Adventureland for my MIL. It was the end of October, and there wasn't a great selection. They weren't Disney merchandise, I think they were Reefs, but I don't remember exactly.

DeeCee....I see that you will be at the BWV. The BC had flip flops when we were there in October. They were the character ones mentioned earlier. I think they were $12.99.

I got some last year with Mickey and Minnie on the bottom. They were about $10-$12 I think. The picture started rubbing off the first time I wore them, though.
