Hi All,

This will be out first trip to Florida, we are planning on booking everything ourselves rather than through TA . Really excited if not a bit overwhelmed by how different this trip will be compared to DLP. I have bought the Brits Guide and I am reading the forums for loads of tips and advice but will still have quite a few questions to ask.
We are thinking of going for 3 weeks Aug 2014 .I have been looking at Thomson Flights and its pricing up at around 3900 for 4 of us. I wondered how quickly flights get fully booked and if its better to book now or wait and see if prices come down.
Thanks Julie

i have no idea we booked our flights in dec 2012 for aug 2013 and we paid £2274 for 2 adults and 3 children , i spent ages checking flight prices on kayak we are flying indirect i would just keep checking and when you see a flight you are happy with and in budget i would just book it

I know it's August and all, but £3900 seems high to me. Unless that's with accommodation as well? We just paid right under £2300 for 2 adults, 2 kids and an infant for Feb 2014 (during half-term so slightly higher than usual) with Virgin out of Gatwick (direct flight). What are other airlines showing their prices as? Skyscanner, expedia, and all?

Hi
Just read your thread and we have just booked some Thomas cook flights for 12th August 2014 for £736 p.p and they are flying direct to Orlando international for next year from manchester
