flights to CA for Turkey weekend

Urgent -- i'm in desparate need of finding a flight to Burbank from JFK in NY for a good deal.

"Turkey Weekend"??? Are you referring to the Sat & Sun before Election Day?

Seriously though... Did you try expedia? Also Burbank is small so you may only get a few carriers that fly there. You should expand your search to include bigger airports like LAX. A Flight into LAX may save you a couple hundred dollars over a flight into Burbank!

the only thing is, i'm going to a cousin's wedding, and BUR is the closest airport -- i guess advice on LAX would be helpful, too. taxi service to reseda? or rental car rates?

Try Jet Blue for a non-stop. They fly into Burbank and have decent prices. Other airlines into Burbank are Southwest, American, United and Delta.

I live in Burbank and used both our airport and LAX a lot for weekely business flights. Keep in mind that Burbank does have limited flight times and the latest departure times heading back to NY will be around 2:30 - 3pm. There are no red-eyes out of Burbank.

If going back late on the last day is important to you, then definitely check LAX. If low stress arrival and departure is more important, Burbank is your airport! One of the easiest to go in and out of.
