Flights for April---HELP!!!

We are going to Disney 4/6/02-4/14/02 and the cheapest nonstop flight I can find is $740.00 per person. This is insane!! It is not Easter vacation so I can not figure this out. Does anyone have any ideas about this, or if the fares may go down. I know I can always fly SW, but I was hoping for Delta. This is our 5th trip to Disney and I have never paid over $250.00 a ticket. THanks for any insight.

I'm having the same problem only I was looking to fly down on the weekend of Apr. 14th. The rates aren't as high as sandyneck is saying but certainly higher than i'm used to.
I've never paid more than $180 and always nonstop on Delta. Is it because it is a holiday weekend??
This is out of Hartford....And the cheapest is a non direct flight!

there is no holiday in april except for my birthday on the 16th!

sales for that far in advance are not out yet. you have too much between now and then for them to bring out a sale for that time of year.

My kids have that week off from school but also Monday 15th...is Patriots Day...
thought maybe the long weekend caused higher rates
