Flight WiFi at 7AM to book G+

My flight to MCO leaves at 7AM. I have never used the WiFI on a flight before. There is a charge for the WiFI. If I purchase the WiFI will I be able to go on MDE and book my G+?

We have used in-flight wifi in the past to access MDE. Theoretically, you should be able to do exactly what you're trying to do. But not all wifi is created equally!

Is the wifi turned on immediately though or only after passing 10k feet?

Actually just did this yesterday! I was on a Southwest flight that left at 6:30am. Was able to book G+ attractions while in the air.

Obviously not all airplane WiFi is created equal but it is possible.

I believe that technically the wifi is on the entire time, but you're only allowed to access your connected devices after 10000 feet.

You probably already know this, but definitely purchase the G+ prior to boarding the plane - get that step out of the way. It's certainly possible your 7AM flight won't take off until 7:05 or later - you might actually be able to make your first G+ before you take off. You'll also want to be aware of when your original park opens so you can be prepared to possibly grab a second G+ around 10:30/11:00 - not sure if you'll still be flying or perhaps at MCO by then.

Thanks everyone. I will purchase G+ before 7, but hoping the plane doesn't leave til after 7 as I'm trying for VQ for GoG so only have seconds at 7. Then trying to buy a ILL for Gog and get a G+ for TT or Remy. I figure I need just a couple minutes. I am landed by my next G+ at 10:30. If we do take off at 7 and can't use WiFI until 10M feet I'll be out of luck for the VQ and Remy, but probably still early enough for ILL GoG and G+ TT.
