Flight time question

Hi! Our flight home from LAX is at 10:45am on a Thursday morning. We are staying at the Disneyland Hotel. I think we are going to book Karmel shuttle to get us to the airport. What would be a safe time for them to pick us up? I have never been there before, and have no idea what traffic is like, or how long to allow. Thank you!

I would schedule it at 7:15am.

The absolute latest I would do is 7:45am, and that is if you aren't checking bags and have TSA Pre-Check. Nothing is worse than stressing about making a flight when you are stuck in traffic.

Usually when you book, they ask for your flight number and will base the pickup time on that. If it’s a shared shuttle service, the pickup time will be earlier than a private transfer.

Hmmm. For a 10:45 flight, I would be at the airport no later than 9 am, and I have CLEAR, so I skip the line. If I was checking bags and had no recheck or clear, I would be there no later than 8:30. Morning traffic is horrendous in LA, so I wouldn't be comfortable leaving any later than 7:15. This is coming from an LA Native who lives 20 minutes from LAX.
