Flight Release Dates?

Going to need a flight to Orlando for December 14th....does anyone know how early the value airlines (Jet Blue/Air Tran) post their flight information for purchase?

Is it like 6 months in advance, and when dothey release the ifnormation, daily or weekly or what?

Hope some frequent flyers out there can help me out

I've seen other posts here indicating that Southwest (and maybe airtran) will be opening up the remainder of the year sometime in late may.

Last year I bought our tickets for a Jetblue flight for December May.

From the SWA website:

We are currently accepting air reservations through November 4, 2011. On May 26, we will open our schedule for sale through January 6, 2012. This date is subject to change! Please check back frequently.
