....... Janice and I booked our 'flights only' through www.virgintravelstore.com last year - they do not only book Virgin Atlantic flights, ours were with BA.
We met a couple on the return flight who had used www.priceline.co.uk and had got their seats ridiculously cheaply! This was during term time though so not peak travelling season.
Another site worth checking which we've also used recently is www.opodo.co.uk and check expedia too.

Would second the recommendation of Expedia.co.uk and also Ebookers.co.uk.

However, have found Opodo's prices a lot higher recently (maybe they found they weren't making enough money!) so beware!

Priceline is worth a shot if you leave it to the last minute, but you won't get a great price too far in advance of your dates.

Sadly Priceline UK no longer has the bid for flights facility, and merely directs you to a site similar to Expedia and all others. It is not necessarily the cheapest either. Carolyn

Try Bon Voyage 02380 248248

We have used Dunstan Brearley travel agents (01226 212121) and both times they gave me the cheapest quotes for Virgin flights. This year we are going to Toronto and got the cheapest quote from Trailfinders 0207 6287268), but we certainly found it best to phone around and get a few quotes.
