Hello!
I suffer from Crohn's disease and usually obtain a DAS pass if I am in a flare. My question is, how long are you usually in the fastpass line (or pre-show) for flight of passage. And are they typically able to give a return time for DAS? I know at one point they couldn't accept anymore guest, is it hard to get to the front area where the cast member is?
I haven't been to AK in a while, so I'm sorry if my questions seem silly.
Thanks!

for the most part from entering the FP line to exiting the ride, I would say anywhere from 30-45 minutes one time I think it was an hour.

if they are letting guest in the line you can get a return time.

I think 7DMT is much harder to get a return time at the FOP.

The time gap listed is what I have experienced, even going through fastpass lines, you get held up waiting for a room to open.
If it is a busy time of day and the waits are long it can be difficult to get to the CM at the front to get a return time as they have the queue for standby roped off in the area. The quickest way is to head left towards the river ride and take the bridge on the right which brings you out in a direct line to the entrance without dealing with the congestion around the queue.
Return times are the stand-by wait time less 10 minutes or so, so I wouldn't try asking for one at 7:30 pm with a posted wait time of 180 minutes when the park closes at 9pm. I have never tried for one later in the day, and I have never been told I couldn't get a return time.
