When I booked DME for DD, I thought she would be on Delta. She is actually on a Southwest flight arriving 40 minutes later. Her vouchers are already here. Do we need to let anyone know of the change or do they really care?
I am sure many flights are delayed more than that amount of time.
Thanks!

Not an issue for arrivals at MCO. Like you said, some people take longer then that to get to the check in desk. No need to let them know. If for some reason LEAVING has changed or does change, then yes, you will need to let them know.

I would respectfully disagree with the PP and call Disney and see what they say, They may not need to know and tell you not to worry about it. But they may be able to re-arrange your pick up so there;s no confusion or waiting once you get there. It's also a common courtesy thing in my own opinion.

Of course you can call and change it, but honestly, for arrivals it doesnt matter, you are still within an hour of your regular scheduled time. Unless it's some odd hour arrival, but being SW I doubt it is. If it is some late, late night time, maybe let them know, but other then that, I still stick by my post. Have seen it brought up lots of times, where people get delayed on their flight, or all the sudden a child wants food NOW and they stop and eat, or shop or.....
