Flight Centre Tickets for Canadians

I emailed them today and they quote me at $188. Boo maybe I'll gonto the mall :P

The tickets I spoke of are 3-day hoppers (Adult). I thought I said it somewhere, sorry if I missed adding that in.

Ours came to 176CAD/person. I was also considering the 199USD/person deal on the Disneyland website but these seemed like a better deal. FWIW, I went into an outlet in the mall. The price listed in their magazine in-store was 179 but when she entered the info it came up as 176. :confused3

Hi can I ask where you are from? just wondering if there is a difference in price between flight centres.. I'm in Richmond bc and they quote me at $188.

The location I used was in a suburb near Toronto. The 179$ price listed was listed in their magazine which wasn't location specific though. I'm not sure if they had a expiration date on the price though. We bought them mid July so it was probably in their July/August edition.

ETA: I found an online copy of the magazine. Page 25 has the 179$ (includes taxes and fees) price for a 3-day Hopper in the bottom corner. I don't know if that'll help you getting them to offer you that price or not but since the magazine seems to be a brand-wide publication, I would think if it's printed in writing they would have to honour it, regardless of what they want to quote you on the phone. Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for posting all these different offers. What I take from them is that we have to look around to find the best FC deal published anywhere and then try to get them to honor that price, even if it's not advertised at one's local FC or what you get offered if you call their toll-free number. Could be worthwhile effort, since some of the differences could save a family of four $40-$100, it looks like.

I paid $181 CDN for a 4 day park hopper from Flight Centre. I called their "Metro Hall" location direct in the Toronto PATH system and did the transaction over the phone. That was the cheapest price I could find.

Oh please let us know if you get a deal at fc.. We are looking for some 3 days tix as well!

Well I went into Flight Centre today and asked how much the 3 day parkhoppers were and she checked and said $188.00. I mentioned the ad in their magazine saying they were $179.00 (Thanks Saylan!) and she checked again. She said it was still showing $188.00, but then found some for $176.00 - they are actually through Holiday House (tour operator/wholesaler) she said. So I got 2 of those and then she said they are actually "buy 3 days, get 2 free" passes! Unfortunately I can't stay that long this trip, so we'll just use the 3 days, but I thought it was a great deal:thumbsup2 The agent was very helpful.

:thumbsup2 No problem! I'm glad the ad came in handy for you. They never said anything about the 3 days get 2 deal to me but like you I don't intend to be there any longer than the 3 so it doesn't really matter. I must have got the same though because mine were also 176.

Hi, I called Flight Centre here in BC and they quoted me $178 for adults and $158 for kids. Thanks for the tip!

In case anyone gets their voucher and has the same concerns I did, the gate at DL took it no problem. They went to the back and pulled up a verification code or something that she wrote on our voucher for her files. I believe we had to provide photo ID but I can't be certain (I was in a daze from our flights). It definitely went way smoother than I expected.

Thanks Saylan. I was wondering about that. When you say the gate,do you mean the actual turnstiles of the ticket purchase booth? I was also wondering if they will take the vouchers at the desk at our hotel (Paradise Pier) and give me hoppers for them there.

How was the 1/2 marathon?

The 1/2 was ok. I'm glad I did it but it was poorly organized and the course just didn't offer nearly as much as the Florida one, sadly.

The ticket booth is what I meant (jet lag may have muddled me up a bit). She took the sheet, highlighted our names, etc. and went back into the booth for about 5 minutes to get a confirmation number or something. Then she printed the tickets, had us sign them, and we were off. Somewhere in there we may have had to show ID, but I'm fuzzy on that part. Either way, the time to exchange it for tickets wasn't a long process and there weren't any issues with it like I expected.

Oh, and since we got a magic morning with our tickets, she gave us a little card explaining the days that had magic mornings (they were slightly different for the marathon weekend) and what lands were open, indiciating that she would recommend Tomorrowland for Space Mountain and Star Tours. Our tickets even said right on them that we got a magic morning entry with purchase so even that had no issues.

I stopped in at Flight Center yesterday and purchased 3 day park hopper passes for our trip in Oct. I got them for $186/adult, $165/child for a total of $702...much better than the $824 to buy them online!

Thank you. I'll know what to do now.:)
