Flight booking...doing my head in!

Found flights this afternoon with Virgin, best prices we've seen since we started looking. Decided to phone rather than do it online as we have a slightly complicated booking. By the time we got through and gave the details all the prices had changed...my flight by over £60 alone! Everyone else's had increased also. All in the space of about 30 minutes.

I hate booking flights!!!!!
