Dan, our company Insurance is self funded and in an attempt to get more people to take on the high deductible and try to reduce their costs, they offered anyone that signed up for the HSA a $500 deposit made by the company. When I was comparing the high and normal deducible plans, it came out about even if we used 'a lot' of care. You can be certain this will make me more cognizant of my medical spending for sure...
