I ordered AP's for the family last year using the flex pay system. When we went this past summer it was just after they had switched the park system over and were not able to activate our passes, gave us comped tickets for the time we would be there. Said our tickets would not activated until our next trip which will not be until later this year.
Now of course we do not need our AP's to automatically renew. Does anyone know how I can find out when they are suppposed to renew (I just don't remember when I did it) and start billing for the next year and how I can cancel them so that it doesn't happen?
