I found this video that gives an overview of the place, including scanning the flavors (though they go by so fast it's hard to tell).
I think the actual flavors we had were a little different than what is shown, but you'll get the idea from looking at it.
There were actually quite a few flavors of ice cream - to the point that it was tough to choose. They will give you samples of any of htem if you ask. They separate the ice cream and the gelato into two different cases/prices, but between the two of them, there are around 30 flavors. Unfortunately, I don't remember them all, but I tried a couple of the gelato flavors: the "Mickey" flavor (a combination of I think it was red velvet and something else), and the cupcake flavor, and one ice cream flavor: some sort of chocolate cookies and cream flavor. It might be easier to ask whether some specific flavor (if you are wanting one in particular) is there.
Same's true for toppings, but as lorimay said, no hot fudge. There were M&Ms and Mickey sprinkles, and chocolate squares (not really a "topping" so much as an add-on) I know for sure, since my kids got them. But there were a lot more. From that video above (to save you scanning), at one time they had:
Chocolate Sauce, Caramel, cherries, sliced strawberries, strawberry sauce, Mikey sprinkles, regular sprinkles, white chocolate squares, caramel popcorn, candy canes, little pastel sort-of-white-chocolate chunks, gummi bears, M&Ms, skittles, chocolate "rocks", oreos, reese's pieces, brownie bites, twix pieces, and kit-kat chunks.
That is at least roughly consistent with what I remember, but some of the individual ones might be different now.
I also tried one of the "Coco"-themed cupcakes there (on cupcakes, ask about what they are, since they have a "filled" center that is not obvious from looking at it - e.g. the Darth Vader ones look like all chocolate, but had a raspberry center, which I don't like). It was good, but honestly I've had several better cupcakes. The bon-bons, macarons, and other desserts looked good as well, but we couldn't try them. I know the desserts are a little different than what's in that video, but again, the basic idea is about the same.
