Flat Screen TV's at VWL

We are planning on going home to VWL Aug-2011. Anyone know if they have flat screen TV's now in the rooms?

I wondered the same thing. Maybe some people plan their vacation TV watching or which movies to pack based on the TV?

helps in the resort selection process; I assume not all resorts have flat screen

The flat screens I've seen at WDW are only 32" so I don't consider it much of a factor. Most have them now.

I agree - none of them are huge and they don't broadcast in HD afaik so the picture really isn't any better.

It might be that SSR is the only resort that doesn't have them yet?? And any OKW that haven't been renovated yet.

Love the flatscreens. Every trip, each of us brings two dvds we think the group will enjoy and on rainy afternoons or when we just want to take a break, we watch one. It's become a tradition!

Though you can also rent DVDs from the reception or community hall free of charge as well. Mostly or exclusively Disney Movies I guess though

I think it's just a nice to know, and we always tend to have at least one evening where we watch a movie after a busy day in the parks, so it just makes the experience that little bit better
