12 days for the order to be in! Remember, everything must be ordered in quantities of 12, or 25 in the case of the snowman wand. We need to figure out a plan for the orders in case we don't have enough to order. Any ideas?

My thought is that items that do not have enough, will not be ordered. Those that have over 12, but less than 24, we will ask if anyone wants to switch or back out of that item. If no one does, we will have to figure out how to get it down to the appropriate amount.

a - first come, first serve
b - lottery
c- any other suggestions?

I agree if no one backs out voluntarily then first come first serve is only fair. I think that means I will lose snowflake wand come on people order the snowflakes!!!

I think too we need to see how close we are to that next step. For instance, if we are 3 snowflake wands away from the next step of 24, there maybe some people who are willing to buy an extra. Then on the other hand, if we are 9 away then we would have to cut a lot of people.

Yes it does. I keep a total on an Excel sheet on my computer so I have everyone as they sign up. It seems like we'll have 2 orders for the snowflake wands and 1 for the snowman wand. I know I can order 2 snowman spinners to get it to 19.

Just a suggestion, you could still do the one order to combine shipping, but PremierGlow.com has the spinning snow man wand and also has 2 different Mickey wands. And there is no minimun order, you save with ordering higher quantities but you can order any amount including just 1.

I hate to be the one throwing a wrench in things, but I like the primier glow ones better. I know my kids will want something "disney" instead of just Christmas.
