So I somehow just got screwed by this. Tried to book and it said the transaction didnt go through but yet the money went out of my account!! With an extra €10! Must ring the bank first thing in the morning and see will the money bounce back in!

That's worrying and I wonder how it happened as if you've been debited you should have a booking somewhere in the system

OT - Wish we had your banking system as you need 3-5 days to see an international transaction leave an account.

I know how you feel. This happened to me twice and I even can tell you how this will work. You get your bank's name, fax and call DLP. You give them details of what happened - date, name, amount, bank's name and fax. And they will send a fax to your bank telling about this. You should get your money back in a couple days. If you don't do this, your money will be back within 14 days. Frustrating - I know

I rang my bank and they said that if the transaction failed then in 2-3 days the money should be back in my account... Bit of a pain in the neck! Thank god it was only 189 and not a lot more!

But the 22nd for 2 nights in the Santa Fe for one adult and one child under 7 is €170 plus a €19 card charge

Total newbie, but just wondering if I'm right in thinking that you don't have to be from Belgium to book this!!? Need to book a room in Cheyenne for next weekend and its 50% cheaper than the DLP.ie website if you use the Belgian site, but it does seem to default to Belgium in the final line of the address -should this be any problem at check in? (apologies if this sounds totally stupid and has been asked before but need to grab this offer today!!). Already got the previous offer of a room with under-12's free, but need to add another room, more family want to join our Christmas party!!

you just leave Belgium as your country and put your address. You get everything via email so it doesn't matter.
