Fairfield, Homewood & Springhill are all available for our dates. Amenities and room type are comparable. Prices fall w/ in $100 of one another. Curious is anyone has opinions— if they are all about the same quality, I will save the money! The extra sitting area that Homewood option offers is not a dealbreaker. We literally will only be in room to sleep/ shower. Thanks!

Is this $100 a night or $100 for total stay? Night, no way ... stay, depending on nights I might go with Homewood.

Homewood gives you the living room, bigger kitchen space and it's a brand new hotel.

Depends on how many nights.

Fairfield is still the newer than original Marriotts so probably very comparable to Homewood. Might just come down to brand preference.
