yes it is...one of our favorite counter service meals. The smoked chicken is also a one counter service if someone in your party doesn't like BBQ sauce. Both come with baked beans (which are so-so), a corn muffin (outstanding) a beverage and a dessert. Our fave dessert is the frozen minute maid lemonade -- it's in a to-go cup with a lid, and is frozen fairly solid when they give it to you so you can take it with you and have a leisurely nibble as you walk through the park. Wonderfully refreshing on a hot day.

Yes... ribs for CS on the DDP! Flame Tree & Cosmic Ray's! (Some other places too... like at some resorts!)

thanks--looks like our family will be eating our way through the AK on our trip. We will start with Donald at the Tusker House for Breakfast and then have a late lunch at Flame Tree.

when you get your food, walk all the way around behind the restaurant for the best seats -- there's a lovely little reflecting pond behind the building that's like you're in another world. Or if you keep walking through that area and go down some steps on a little path there's another covered pavilion area with tables that overlooks the lake with Everest in the background -- awesome, tranquil spot.
