I saw it today (Sunday, 28 Jan.) and it was very moving. As a veteren, I am rather biased on such matters, but it should put a good dose of American pride in anyone who watches or takes part. The time depends on when the sun sets, so it will vary with the time of year, but it went off around 5ish today.
There is an anouncement for veterens to come forward as you hear your branch of the service's song played by the band. Then a detachment of Disney security (and some lucky little helpers) come forward and very crisply lower the flag as the band plays the National Anthem (not retreat, like I was used to, but it get's the job done). Then the crowd is invited to sing 'God Bless America" as the band plays. Very moving. It is good to see that some people still observe the ceromonies that remind us where it all came from, and what it is all for.
Like I said, I'm biased, but personaly if it doesn't move you in some way, pack your bags, sell your land, and get out.. I'm sorry, was that rude? Please get out.
