Flag ceremony?

Does anyone know if they still do the flag ceremony on the days of MVMCP?

Yes, usually they do. Flag Retreat is at 5pm daily (the park closes at 6pm on MVMCP nights.)

A family friend was in the Kingdom with us recently. He is a non-combat veteran. They went around asking people of about his age if they were vets. They wanted someone to lower the flag. He was the only vet in the immediate area so he got to do it. Man he looked so proud. When you're asked to do it the ceremony is centered around you. They give a photo memory to the person as well. It's a very nice event.
