FLADIRECT.com Legit?

Hello everyone,

We are planning our 2nd trip to Orlando/Disney and first time DIS user. I've found some great lodging prices on the website FLADIRECT.com but can't find anything about them on Tripadvisor. Has anyone had experience with them? They are offereing prices a solid $200 less than other site for liki tiki village.

I have done two searches. One is a "whois" which shows that the domain name has been registered since 1999, and the other is a mapping view of the address which shows them to be in what appears to be a shopping center. And it does not appear to be a time share.
