Just wanted to let folks know I returned today from a trip to Universal. We used FL Tours for our pickup and they did a great job. I called them twice today requesting a change in my return pickup time and they were most gracious and accomodating.

I highly recommend them.

I will second that Carolyn. We used them down there in April. The pick-up from the airport was great, had our stop at the grocery store with car seats for the young ones. The return trip got really screwed up when my daughter got sick. We ended up in Celebration hospital for the last three days of our vacation and had to reschedule our flight for the next day. They rearranged their schedule to meet ours even picking us up from the hospital instead of the hotel. When you schedule with FL, ask for Andy. He was awesome!
