FL Tours was great!

Just wanted to let everyone know that we had a great experience with FL Tours during our trip the last week of May.

Andy our driver was prompt and courteous. He was very cooperative with our grocery stop, too. He offered to help us with our middle of the trip transfer from HRH to AKL and gave us his card. We also received a courtesy call the day prior to our departure reminding us of pickup time. I even called him to arrange an earlier pickup time and it was no problem. Got us to the airport on time, just as expected.

Overall, I'd rate their service as excellent.

Glad to hear of such a positive experience. We will be using FL Tours for our upcoming trip and really I only chose them because they are a sponsor of the DIS. I had NO clue who to use.

What grocery store did you visit? I'm hoping it's Abertsons so I can just fax my order to them ahead of time. Also, do you know if they wait for you while you check-in and then drive you over to your building ---food, luggage and all?

Glad to know of your great experience with FL TOurs. We will be using them in 5 weeks. I need to make a time change for port pick up and a resort change for final pick-up. Good to know this can be done without a problem.

As for the grocery stop, our driver took us to Publix...I'm not sure of the location, although, it was in a shopping area with lots of shopping centers and restaurants. I'm sure they will stop at whatever you request though. Our driver was very cooperative. Just email and let them know where you want to go.

Our driver just dropped us at the main lobby of HRH...then a bellman helped us with our luggage and supplies. I'm pretty sure that luggage services will give you a ride on a golf cart type thing, though, if you are staying at one of the moderates in a separate building. This was our experience last year at Coronado Springs.

I'm sure it will not be a problem...just give them a call or email and they will make the change. I found them to be very accomodating.

Yes, they can definitely take you to Albertsons instead of Publix. I just e-mailed them on last night about the very same thing and I came home this evening to find a very nice reply from Andy saying it would be no problem. Just send them an e-mail.
