After weighing all the options we opted to use for FL Tours for our transportation service to / from Disney.
We reserved a town car at a price of $105.00 but used a coupon from the site for $5.00 off making our cost $100.00.
BTW - We is DH, 2 DS and myself.
It could not have been easier! I was wondering to myself as we were coming down the escalator if I would be able to find our driver. No problem! Renata was waiting for us at the bottom with our name clearly written out on a paper and holding it up.
She walked us over to the luggage area and offered to help retreive our luggage. We had tons of luggage, we over packed ... way over packed, so we felt more comfortable getting it ourselves while she stood with our children.
She helped us drag it all outside and had us wait at the curb while she went to get the car - took only a minute or so, really fast.
Then Renata helped us load it all in. I had requested a booster for our youngest and it was already in place and she even was going to buckle him but I had done that while the rest of the luggage was being loaded.
Off we go to the grocery store. We did our shopping and when we got out she helped put the groceries in the trunk too.
Off to the CBR where she helped unload all the things we had now.
I was nervous about paying cash but that's the policy ... or traveler's check. But once again, no problem there. She had a receipt all filled out for us complete with the day and time of the return trip.
Andy left a voice mail for us the night before confirming our return time. I thought that was a nice touch.
For the return trip she brought a van with a booster seat. Maybe she knew we'd have even more packages?
Whatever the reason, the van was nice too.
She dropped us at the airport, helped us unload and then she was gone.
I would use FL Tours again! I can be nervous riding with people I don't know but only becuase I don't know what kind of driver they are. I wasn't nervous one bit with Renata. She was a great driver plus really nice and very helpful.
We had noted on the reservation that the trip was a surprise for our boys and we didn't plan to tell them where we were going, that when we got on property they'd know. Renata was great at keeping it mum in front of the boys. We were even joking on the way to the grocery stop that we had only come down to buy Florida groceries and then she was taking us back to the airport.
All in all we had a great experience!!
