I didn't get around to paying by credit card in advance. Does anyone know if I pay the full amount for the airport roundtrip on the airport to hotel leg or do they split it and pay half on each leg?

I only booked one way in July so I can't answer. But I will say that I was met at the airport with a driver handing me a receipt showing how much cash I was expected to pay when we got to the hotel - and it included a 20% tip.

You pay the full amount when they pick you up at the airport. You have to tip each way.
