We just returned from a trip to WDW and used FL TOURS for the 3rd time. Unfortunately, there was a mix up, probably caused by me, at pick up and we had no driver. I placed a phone call to FL Tours and spoke to the owner Andy who arranged for another company to take us to our hotel all within 10 minutes. It is this type of customer service that sets this company apart from the others. A few of you may remember a thread I started concerning the poor service we received from a competitor trans co. Well FL Tours restored my faith. The way a company handle s itself in adversity is a true test and they passed with flying colors.

It is nice to hear thqat even though there was a mix-up everything worked out good for you - I think it is awesome that Andy was more concerned about you, than getting the fare - he actually gave the business to someone else to make sure you were taken care of - that is cool!
 
Just curious...what sort of written confirmation, email etc. did you receive when booking. I'm wondering how the mix up happened just so that others can avoid this problem.
