FL Tour nightmare

Just got back from Disney today, with no help whatsoever from Fl Tours. I made a reservation with them several weeks ago, confirmed this reservation over the phone with them. Today, when they were supposed to pick me up at AKL....NO SHOW!! I called them when the car was about 10 minutes late. They said they would call me back...which they did in about 5 minutes...and get this...the reason they didn't show is that the driver had shown up at 4:00 AM, not at 6:15 AM, the time listed on my reservation, and the time I confirmed with them on a follow up phone call. Their attitude was quite unfriendly as they told me "the driver said it was a 4:00 AM pickup"!!! He said that the driver had been there from 4:00 AM to 5:00 waiting for me! what my reservation stated didn't matter, that is what his driver told him!!! I even have an e-mail from them confirming my 6:15 AM pickup time. Well anyway, needless to say I will never use them again. Just wanted to give everyone who used them a heads up to make sure that they know what time to get you and hope that their drivers agree!

I also had a bad experience with them last Dec. They didn't come to pick us up for our return trip so we had to get a taxi back to the airport and they did refund the money I paid for the taxi after I got home. The car we were in going to our hotel broke down and we had to wait for another car to pick us up. Also our flight was late so we weren't allowed to do the grocery stop which I was really counting on to get water and snacks.

There's no excuse for bad service.If I were you I would find another airport transfer service.There are several that are reccommended on this board.

I have used Atlantis Limo for years. I only decided to try FL Tours because of the sponsorship....what a mistake! Back to Atlantis from now on.
