trying to be as close to ON site as posible without breaking the bank....

would the value resorts be the cheapest there is (fla resident) or would the swan, dolphin or ? be better deal ?

thanks all.

You can usually stay at the Embassy suites in LBV which is just outside of DTD for less money than an all star. It is a very nice hotel, Much bigger room , and free b-fast...true, you will need to drive to the park and pay, but you get a lot more room for the money.

The swan/dolphin have resort fees and parking fees and the food costs more there so all in all it is more expensive. The values are onsite and generally the cheapest, but sometimes the moderates will come in less for some reason, in high seasons. DTD hotels will have a parking fee and a resort fee in general. Outside the gates you will find cheaper places. Make sure you know about all the fees with the rooms.

The Values will be cheaper. I usually do the Fla Res or AP discount for Pop and really never have a problem getting it. Mousesavers and this website give a good list of discounts available.
