FL resident seasonal pass

getting this pass that does't include parking. is it wise to park at downtown disney and take buses from there? how often do buses leave? is the after 4 epcot pass still available?

Buses are supposed to leave every 15 min. Disney frowns upon people doing what you are talking about but I don't think anyone will do you.

I never did that, it just seems too inconvenient to save $7. Of course DH got tired of having to pay for parking so he suggested we upgrade to regular annual passes. We had the seasonal for two years and now know that they don't go to waste. We also missed not being able to go during black out dates. We don't mind the crowds so much because when we go it's mostly to eat and do just a few things.

You can't to the parks from DTD on the buses. You would have to take a bus to a resort and then transfer to the park bus.

They have done this to discourage people from parking at DTD to avoid the parking charge.
