just called.. no AP rates for FL residents either. where do they come up with this stuff?

I too called this AM to change my days to April 30th...no Florida Resident Rates ( I am a seasonal passholder ). CM told me to try mid March.

Just got off the phone with CRO...149.50 for Woodsview at the Lodge!!!

Florida Resident Rates!!!

WOO HOO!!! Just saved myself 300bucks!

I just called and recieved a Florida Rate using code CCA I am a Seasonal Pass owner but never said anything about it just asked for the new Florida Resident Code. Have my reservations and the price is less than Visa rate standard view with tax $132.75 that makes the room rate about $119.00 a night for WL & AKL.

I spoke to 2 CMs today, trying to get florida resident rate. Asked for Fl res rate, nothing. Tried the code mentioned on this thread and was told by both CMs that this code is good for florida residents who are ALSO disney visa cardholders. Could not book it without paying deposit on Disney Visa.

Second CM told me she was expecting florida resident rates to come out late last week or today, she suggested I keep trying every day this week.

I did not use a Visa for deposit.. I had mailed a cash deposit a few weeks ago on the 266. quote I was given then...
The code CRO gave me was CTT...

Try code CCV...I just booked POFQ for $69 night!!! That is the FLA res discount and code!! This was at 4:00 EST. They had Values at $54 a night (PC was still available) but the only mod avail was POFQ. I wanted CBR but they had nothing under either the Visa or FL codes...I saved an additional $200+ on using FLA over Visa code so POFQ will be just grand!!

Using the Florida Resident code, I booked Riverside for $69 a night for Memorial Day weekend. I haven't seen a Moderate rate that low in a looooong time.

gcurling...I was about floored when she told me the rate!! I expected that rate at the Pop Century where I orig had booked!! This is only our second time at Disney, first time in a mod (we did ASsports last year) and I feel like I'm in heaven! I'm paying $769 for TWO rooms for 5 nights Apr 18-23. POFQ wasn't my first choice but I'm looking forward to the upgrade!

Just tried twice again to no avail! Frustrating, isn't it?

First asked for FL Resident, then tried all the codes mentioned so far. Was told again that CCA was for FL res AND visa cardholder. CTT expires on the 17th and CCV did not come up at all! Of course mentioned that I am a passholder as well!

Could those who are lucky enough to get these rates please let everyone know your dates?

Thanks!

Ok, I just called.

I didn't have the codes in front of me but the CM assured me that the only available codes were for the Visa offer. Everything else ends on 4/18. I told her I knew of a friend who got a FL res rate, she said they must be mistaken because there wasn't one out yet. Only the Visa thing.....

What to do? Should I keep calling?

Someone tell me what code CCA & CCV stand for ? I don't want to use them if I'm not entitled and end up having to pay more because I don't have the necessary qualifications.

Help!

Very frustrating! I'm trying too and it's not working for me. Please, those of you that have been successful, tell us what you are doing to get these rates.

I called to get my AAA rate...when she was waited for the computer to come up I said"unless the FL Res rate has come out ..ha ha" The CM said she would check and told me yes..but the quote came to a higher price, then she told me No..the rate is not out....
Then as she is cheking the AAA rate she said the FRR was 149.50 for a WOODS VIEW...No standard available ( what I was originally booked at) that is why it wasn't coming up.
My dates are April 30th - May 3rd.
I did call back a few minutes ago to confirm, because the $$ didn't add up..( the CM added an extra night ) confirmed that My balance after my deposit was 181.00...So I am confirmed!!

That can't be right:scratchin I'm currently paying $122 per night at POFQ with AAA rates. Usually we get a moderate at this time of year(May/June) at rates under $100 with FL Res discount. Usually around $79 or so. If $122 is the FL Res rate, then what is this $69 others are getting for moderates and calling FL Res rates.

you know..the CM told me something like that too..the the AAA rate was for a Woodsview and the is FL res rate...Usually FR is much cheaper than AAA...I was so excited about the 149, she could have told me I was sleeping in the stairwell and I wouldn't have heard her!!
