Fl resident deals in the fall?

Planning a trip mid Oct and was wondering if historically, does Disney offer a Fl resident tix promotion in the fall?

I have been watching this as well. The new promotion goes untill September 15th.
They have had one all year so far, and last October they had one.
With October being the anniversary it's hard to tell.
