Our trip is coming up to the FWC sept 20-26. We dont care to use the grill but would like some ideas what to cook for the kids that is no fuss. What do anyone of you fix for your family?
there are 10 of us (2 cabins) 4 adults and 6 kids.

Breakfasts:
Cereal
eggs & bacon (on electric frying pan - it's the easiest)
pancakes

Lunches:
sandwiches
tuna or chicken salads
pasta salads

Dinners:
crockpot (chili, chicken, roast beef, etc. You can put the stuff in there before you leave for the parks in the morning and it's done when you get back at night!)

Shake & Bake chicken

Spaghetti (use jar sauce - quick & easy!)

We really like to use our grill though for quick things like hot dogs or burgers.

We do ALOT of crockpot cooking. Put it on before we leave for the parks in the morning and then when we get back, dinner is ready.

You can do spagetti, meatball subs, chicken, ribs...just about anything. Plus when we camp, we have a microwave too, and I'll make for the kids Ramen noodles, hotdogs, Chef Boyardee, etc.

The crockpot idea sounds great!!!
hey we4mickey maybe we will be neighbors. If you see a black ford excursion from ky stop & say hi!l:D
