What upsets me is the wording DVC News has about only high demand weeks may get 35% fixed week, while other weeks will not.
This means high demand periods will have less rooms available but those rooms will be regular points during non high demand weeks, putting the balance of traditional points out of whack with pick and choose "black out weeks"
That will make getting those weeks disproportionally harder to get than at other resorts.
Since I have no plans on purchasing at this resort It does not directly affect me, however, this change in structure is a worrisome development to me in general.
