For years its been reported that they have been sometimes providing air mattresses. But - and this is a big but - they aren't likely to stock enough air mattresses for every single room even if they start making it known that they are providing them. Air mattresses pop and break over time (and with abuse that sometimes is known to happen when kids jump on things like air mattresses). They may have one, or they may have handed the last one to someone who checked in half an hour before you. So even if the policy changes (and its still on the website), I would still plan on bringing your own air mattress if such a thing is important to you - unless DVC starts stocking them in the rooms like they currently stock pack n plays.

Having done with and provided DVC accommodations for the 5 and 6 adult children's trip (6 boys 20-22) in one studio, even if it does sleep 5, would be beyond crowded and uncomfortable in my opinion. I've always booked them a 2 bedroom, so they could all be together, that's the point of the trip. And mine do use the washer and dryer, gotta look good for the ladies! They don't cook much but they make coffee and breakfast. The other option suggested of 2 studio's would be another alternative. My son's crew are all 6 foot 2, 3, and 4, 3 of them were high school and college football players, all in one room, yikes! Good luck.

If you are staying on DVC points, you are permitted to have a fifth person in the one bedroom. But they don't provide anything for the fifth person. No bed, no sheets, no towel. You have to bring your own from home.

My son graduates in 2020 as well. We are thinking of booking a celebration trip for him and his friends at BWV too! He has some other trip ideas he's considering though. So we will see.

You are allowed 5 in a 1 bedroom at BWV. They will only provide bedding for 4. We just bring an aerobed. You still get all 5 magic bands.

kidani village was a HUGE room. 2 bathrooms was key. long hallways, but it's not a deal breaker.
