FITS Times In Dec

I know this is really anybodys guess, but does anyone have an idea(maybe remember from last year?) if there will be FITS on Sunday, Dec 21? And if so, approximately what time that would be at?
We are thinking of doing dinner at Ohana that night and I was wondering how this will all work out.
